My friend Simon is a very creative guy I’ve known since we both worked with hardware synths at one of Stockholm’s coolest music stores back in the day — Keyboard City V2.0 at Götgatan. Some of you might remember the place.
A lot of years and experiences later, Simon has now launched soundpatches.com.
The idea is simple but ambitious: gather some of the world’s best sound designers and let them present and sell their products through soundpatches.com completely free — at least as a first step.
What you can do in this thread is give feedback, tell us what you create, and preferably post demo links. I’ll forward everything to Simon so he can add more creators and products to soundpatches.com.
I’m Bitley myself, and somehow I became the very first creator Simon added to the site, haha. He has more ideas regarding sound distribution and digital sound sales, so we’ll see where this journey goes next.
