all bitley products are licensed per user. you may not share, lend, give away, or otherwise provide access to our sound banks. if you collaborate, each person must have their own paid license.
this is especially important for system exclusive. you have no right to buy, sell, lend, or give away a synthesizer with bitley sound banks. these are lifetime licenses for the person who purchased them here on our website.
before selling a synth, you must restore factory settings, as our sound banks are the result of careful and time-consuming development. we recommend that your buyer also purchase the license from us.
just like you can’t share digital music files, sound banks can’t be shared. we’ve seen people collect and sell our sound banks illegally, which harms the work of serious sound designers.
all bitley sound banks are protected by copyright and must not be shared or sold elsewhere. if you have our sound banks without paying for them, you must either delete them or purchase a license directly from us.
if you collaborate with others, they must also buy their own licenses. sound banks cannot be shared between band members, and schools or institutions must purchase licenses for each workstation.
